This policy explains what personal data Mad Firms LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. It applies to this corporate website only. The online stores we operate each publish their own privacy policy.

What we collect

  • Contact form. The form on this site opens your own e-mail client; nothing is stored on our servers until you choose to send the e-mail. When you do, we receive your name, e-mail address, company name if provided, and your message.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and performance monitoring.
  • Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.

We do not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this website.

Why we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and, if relevant, discuss a potential engagement.
  • To keep the website secure and available.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to three years afterwards, unless a business relationship follows, in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable statutory periods. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period, typically no longer than thirty days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our e-mail (hosting, e-mail provider), and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information (which we do not do). Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
